CombiWave^® provides servicing, maintenance and repairs to the Convotherm range of Electric combi ovens and combi steamers.

The current range of Convotherm combi ovens includes the Convotherm 4, the Convotherm maxx, and the Convotherm maxx pro.

We also maintain the earlier range of Convotherm combi ovens.

CombiWave^® service and maintain both the Spritzer (Boilerless) type of combi oven, and the Boiler type (Steam Generator) combi oven.

Convotherm ovens employ two main types of user interface, easyDial and easyTouch.
 
Convotherm also have their own patented self cleaning facility known as ConvoClean.

If you are experiencing any problems with your Convotherm combi oven, we are here to assist you.

Our engineers have undergone official Convotherm technical training and provide routine electrical & mechanical servicing & maintenance, along with fault-finding & repairs. A breakdown service is also available for urgent repairs.

We provide assistance with convection heating, steaming and combi functions, easyTouch & easyDial controls, water inlet and water quality issues, and drain function problems.
ConvoClean & ConvoCare malfunctions are also investigated and resolved.
We also provide support with software issues.
